📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.

  • Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times (details will be listed on the product page).

🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

We offer standard and express shipping within Australia, as well as international shipping:

🌏 Shipping Areas

  • We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT.

  • PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted (via Australia Post).

  • We now offer international shipping! At this time, delivery is available worldwide at a flat rate of $20.

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order through the courier’s website (e.g., Australia Post, Sendle).

  • If you haven’t received your tracking info after 3 business days, please contact us.

🚨 Shipping Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, natural disasters, or incorrect address information.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at luminescentlane@outlook.com so we can make it right.
